We are offering CSA shares this year. The shares will begin in May and go into November. Shares are available as Trial, Half-Share or Full-Share. Shares include but are not limited to:
in-season produce (see our listing to see what we offer)
berries as they become available (blackberries, black raspberries, blueberries and we hope strawberries)
Shiitake Mushrooms (usually in October)
Farm fresh, pastured eggs as available
We will offer ground meal we grind from Heirloom Bloody Butcher and Green Oxacana corns in late summer/fall
Flower Essence jellies as well as traditional jams/jellies.
We have specialty crops...Jerusalem Artichokes (sunchokes), edible flowers, herbs, pie/hull-less pumpkins, etc.
We will have "extras' for the baskets at times...homemade soaps, crafts and cut flowers.
