To our loyal CSA participants. We will NOT be offering CSA shares for 2011 season. We will be selling our current farm and relocating farther north. The move is planned over the summer, and we hope to offer them again in 2012. Thank you for your patronage! We look forward to serving you next year. We grow, tend to and harvest all of our produce by hand.The vegetables and herbs will be picked the evening, or early morning before you receive them so that you receive them fresh.Vegetable shares include a variety of naturally grown fresh vegetables for a family of four, or two adult vegetarians, each week from July through September.
Our vegetables are grown naturally without the use of synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers. We use companion planting, and natural fertilizers only. The CSA boxes may contain any of the following: lettuce, beefsteak, roma, or early girl tomato, green beans,yellow beans,peas, summer or hubbard squash,and other vegetables that are in season.
We will also be offering small parcels so that those affected by the economy will be able to grow enough to help feed their families. We are committed to do our part to help out our friends and neighbors who are facing tough economic times.
All orders are made here on the farm and are usually shipped within 5-7 business days.
