Now accepting members for 2012 season! Established in 1999, we are central Kentucky's longest-running CSA. We grow over 40 varieties of vegetables and some fruits, ranging from old favorites to new discoveries. (Visit our website, www.threespringsfarmky.com, for more details.) We use only organic growing methods on the farm. On occasion, we supplement with products from non-organic local farms, such as fruit from Reed Valley Orchard. Full-share members receive a weekly half-bushel basket containing a variety of items throughout the 20-week season; half-shares receive the a half bushel basket bi-weekly, amounting to 10 deliveries over the season. We also offer shares for the "shoulder seasons": a 4-week early spring share and a 4-week late fall share. Members who pick up at our Adath Israel location have the choice of swapping items to customize their baskets.
