Shares are for one months duration and either include one dozen farm fresh eggs or TWO dozen farm fresh eggs PER week AND 1 whole Pasture Raised chicken per week. Weights for chicken are based on an approximation of weight (based on average assumption of a 2-3 lb bird AFTER processing, before freezing) (CSA Share prices are based on 3lb birds) finished chickens may vary slightly from week to week. We anticipate being able to meet your order requirements, however in case of occasional shortages, we may cancel a pick-up and simply extend your season, or credit you for next season. (Customers will always be notified in advance of shortages unless due to catastrophic loss). If we have a catastrophic loss of chickens (unlikely, but in farming, anything is possible!) we promise to issue a farm-credit for when product is available again.
