Our CSA offers members a farm experience in a historic setting just a few miles east of downtown Austin. Members are encouraged to play and participate at the farm. With more than 150 rare breed animals -- including newborn Guinea Hogs -- a Children's Garden, Herb Garden, Outdoor Cooking Pavillion, Firepit, Horse riding, Canoeing, and Camping there is always something to do. We have an open-door policy for volunteering, events, picnicking. Most shares are picked up at our farm, Tuesday, Friday or Saturday; some are distributed in Hyde Park and Mueller neighborhoods and at schools like UT Charter Elementary, Khabele. Weekly flower shares are also available. Our farm stand is open to the public Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. WiC accepted. Members can also purchase pastured meats, dairy, honey, eggs, flowers or supplement their share. Each weekly share includes 8-10 varieties of certified organic vegetables bursting with flavor. We make an effort to combine familiar veggies (broccoli, cauliflower) with more unusual things (garlic scapes, tatsoi) in each share. A weekly newsletter explains the share contents, provides recipes and gives farm news. Come see us!
