Our CSA program is designed for flexibility. We solved the vacation problem for our customers by extending our season for however many weeks you have on vacation. In our CSA boxes we usually provide 9-12 items, such as snap peas, snow peas, shelling peas, green beans, purple beans, wax beans, sweet corn, tomatoes, radishes, lettuce, salad mix, spinach, arugula, basil, beets, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, chard, cucumbers, kale, onions, peppers, potatoes, pumpkins, summer squash, winter squash, apples, prunes and raspberries.
