We grow organic vegetables such as a variety of salad greens, kale, chard, carrots, potatoes, onions, tomatoes, peppers, and more. Weekly rations include 4 - 7 varieties of vegetables, straight out of our coolers. We use heirloom seeds whenever possible and are dedicated to farming the ground using sustainable practices. We do not use synthetic pesticides or synthetic fertilizer. We feed our soil with green manure crops and compost.
Joining a CSA is one of the best ways to support small farmers. In exchange for your trust and support, we pledge to make your experience as complete as possible, helping you with recipes and preserving hints. Every CSA member has an open invitation to the farm, prearranged through Julia and Todd.
