Our Summer CSA starts in June and ends in October. We grow a variety of heirloom and open pollinated fruits and vegetables. We use only non GMO seed and do not use chemicals or pesticides.
We grow many varieties of greens,beans,beets, broccoli, cabbage, corn,carrots,garlic,shallots,cucumbers,eggplant,fennel bulb, kale,onions assorted squash and many others.
As a part of your CSA you will sometimes receive a choice of natural food items,as we have a board of health approved kitchen. We will be working with our friends at Wolfe Orchards to better service our customers with heirloom apple and pears that have not been sprayed with pesticides. We also give you helpful tips and recipes on ways to prepare the many varieties of fruits and vegetables.
