When you buy a CSA share at Rainshadow Organics, you will be able to pick up a box of locally grown vegetables once a week that is delivered to your town and dropped at a central location, TBA. You are expected to bring your own re-usable bag to transfer your veggies into and leave the box for the farmer to retrieve for next week. In your box you will also find a newsletter with some recipes for each week's vegetables since you may be finding veggies that you've never seen before.
Veggies will be rinsed, but you will need to clean them thoroughly with your potable tap water before using. Veggies may have dirt on them or be imperfect, but that is just part of the organic farm and they will surely be a delight in your kitchen.
