Our CSA shares are currently a combination of grassfed beef (65%) and pastured chicken (35%). We designed the full share with a family of 4 eating about 10 meat based meals/month. We deliver to 6 pickup sites throughout the Harrisburg and Carlisle area. At pickup, customers can buy pastured eggs, grassfed raw cheese, and order pastured turkeys, extra pastured chickens, and grassfed lamb. In the future we will include pastured pork in the shares.
