I practice what is known as SPIN farming. Small plot intensive farming done naturally. Only organic approved fertilizers and insect control techniques. NO HERBICIDES PERIOD.... If you have a restaraunt and want something specifically grown call me and we can grow it for you. IE. Micro Greens, spices, etc.
