We would love to provide you with fresh farm produce from our gardens every week through the spring and summer. Imagine red ripe tomatoes, tender salad greens, summer squashes, hearty broccoli and cauliflower, new potatoes, sweet corn, crisp carrots, cools cucumbers, and juicy melons. Additionally, we will be offering a fall CSA extension with the very best of summer's last fruits on into the winter staples of roots, greens, and storage squash. A typical spring basket might include: lettuce, beets, carrots, broccoli, kale, arugula, peas, and green onions. A summer basket could be: cucumbers, summer squash, potatoes, sweet corn, green beans, Swiss chard, tomatoes, and basil. A fall basket might have: winter squash, onions, carrots, cabbage, turnips, potatoes, kale, and a salad mix. Visit www.ashbournefarms.com to sign up.
