Our CSA runs for 22 weeks from June through October. We grow a wide array of both traditional and unusual vegetables and fruit and our harvest boxes reflect that. Harvest boxes include between 6 and 14 different vegetables and fruits each week with a balance of the practical and the more challenging. We include recipes in our newsletters and often bring a "trade out" box to the drop sites. We work to create balanced boxes with greens, salad greens, roots, alliums, legumes and fruits. Drop offs are between 4 and 6pm on Tuesdays in Salem, Monmouth and Independence. Subscriptions can be paid in one payment or in two payments - the first when subscribing and the second in July.
