We are offerring a CSA that is small and designed around our members needs. We also offer an educational opportunity to learn gardening skills as part of the CSA as well as homesteading skills such as freezing, drying and canning foods , saving seeds and lessons on compost making and soil building . Members are expected to help, when needed, to harvest or plant crops. Pick up is here 2 days/week Flowers and herbs included in the share . The average value of each weeks share is $25.00/week with smaller shares in the spring and larger ones in the fall. All of our plants are open pollinated or heirlooms and many are from my seeds. Berries like strawberrys gooseberrys and raspberrys are included in our shares as well as some tree fruits (if we have a good year )from our orchard.We also have asperagus and rhubarb , dried flowers and medicinal herbs .You can decide some of what you want in your box as available. We also sell eggs from our delaware hens raised on pasture with organic/no soy feed.
