Our target is to provide 6 - 10 different items with an approximate value of $25.00. This quantity would be sufficient for eight servings in a family of four. For example the first share last year contained : 2 lbs of asparagus, 2 pints of straberries, 1/2 pound of lettuce, a bunch of turnips, 1/2lb of spinach and 6 eggs and an asian stir fry mix. We will supplement our produce with other orgainic farm's if our production is limited in a particular week.
