Fresh, certified organic, locally-grown vegetables...good for you and grown in a manner that is good for the earth! Complete details and sign up on-line at www.greenearthinstitute.org. The harvest amount each time is 3/4 bushel, 10-12 different crops based on what is in season at the time. CSA shareholders receive our weekly CSA e-newsletter, with vegetable information and recipes along with farm news. Shareholders also have access to our large searchable database of all the recipes we have printed since we started over 10 years ago.
