Our Naturally Grown Culinary Lavender Buds are sifted twice for cooking. Great for any recipe which requires dried lavender or use to make a tasty tea! Use 1 to 2 tsp loose buds per cup for tea or add to chamomile and mint to make a delicious drink! Use in cookies and ice cream. Make lavender sugar for cakes and beverages. Also for making lavender honey and in salad dressings.
Measure loosely (do not pack your measure) for recipes. A half ounce of buds measures between 1/2 and 3/4 cup and our 1/4 oz packet already finely ground lavender buds equals about 5 tablespoonfuls loosely packed.
Order as 1/2 oz of the dried buds or 1/4 oz finely ground buds in resealable plastic bag.

We sell live herbs as plants or rootstock with developed, healthy root systems. Plants have tops cut back to 2"-3" of topgrowth prior to shipping to avoid damage in transit.
