Cultured is a certified organic processor and retailer of innovative and traditional sauerkraut, kim chee, tsukemono, and seasonal specialty pickles. All of our products are naturally fermented and unpasteurized. We sell both wholesale to stores in Northern California and directly to customers at farmers markets and at our small Berkeley shop. We use exclusively produce from local farms, and we strive to preserve the culturing processes that have nourished people from around the world throughout history.
