D Acres of New Hampshire is a non-profit organic permaculture farm and educational homestead. The farm provides educational workshops and community events, hosts interns and apprentices as on-site learners, and offers overnight accommodations and meals to promote sustainable living alternatives. Our focus areas include no-till organic gardening, animal husbandry, alternative and earthen construction, renewable energy, sustainable forestry, wood-crafting and organic food preparation and preservation. Visitors are welcome to attend our Farm Feast Breakfast and Open House on the first Sunday of each month 10am to 1:00pm, Pizza and a Movie Night on the first Friday of every month, and Potluck/Open Mic on the last Friday of every month.
