We are a newly established meat processing facility that is federally inspected. We specialize in slaughtering lamb and goat. We do custom, wholesale, and retail processing. We have a smokehouse and offer beef jerky, smoked lamb and goat sausage, along with fresh sausage. We offer the whole carcuss,or cut and wrapped with a option to vacuum seal, whichever is preferred. We are locally owned and operated, and buy from local farmers. The animals we buy are all natural grass fed. We have a retail case with a variety of meat cuts and sausage and are open from 8a.m. to 5p.m. Monday through Friday and 8a.m. till 12p.m. on Saturday.
