We raise heritage breeds or Hogs (pigs, swine, whatever you want to call 'em) called Large Blacks. In our opinion (and our customers) the flavor of our pasture raised piggies is peerless (but try for yourself). We also raise and sell beef (heritage Dexters and Large Angus cross, all grass fed). We also sell eggs from our extremely free range chickens (I think we may be renting from them...). No sub-therapeutic antibiotics. No hormones. No sprays on the pasture or hay grounds, but we are not organic. Questions welcomed...feel free to be informed! Visitors welcome as long as prearranged.
