Daring Drake Farm is a small family run fruit orchard with free-range duck eggs. We currently raise a diverse mixture of fruit including currants (black, red, pink), gooseberries, red and black raspberries, blueberries, grapes, plums, peaches, quince, apples, pears and Hungarian cherries. We are a NOFA-NY 'Farmer's Pledge Farm' . Our mixed flock of ducks have complete access to the orchard to forage and play. We are currently developing a hard cidery using traditional European cider apples as well as American heirlooms. Expected first release will be in the spring of 2012. Visit our website for information about our 20 week fruit CSA. We will offer jams & jellies beginning 2011.
