Dayspring Farm is a small hill farm in southeastern Vermont. We raise grass-fed Katahdin sheep and lambs and we also sell seed stock. Katahdin sheep are an American sheep breed know for mild tasting lamb and for the ability to finish on grass when properly managed. Our meats are naturally raised on re-mineralized soils. We pay special attention to our soils and the livestock food sources because we believe that healthy soils and crops make for healthy animals and people.
We sell Lamb meat by the whole, side of as freezer meat and we ship some of our meat products to the New England states and to NY and NJ on Tuesdays.
All our meats are packed under USDA inspection, vacuum sealed and frozen.
