Angus and charlais cattle are the mainstay of the beef production but just about any breed can be obtained and fed to your natural specifications.

We will,at this time, sell only halves and whole beef. The price is always lower than the competition. I will arrange harvesting and packaging. The meat is dry aged and can be viewed before harvest or when hanging.
