We are a small vegetable farm offering a variety of naturally-grown vegetables through our farm store and the Scarborough Farmer's Market. We offer a subscription-based CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) program to families interested in local produce on a regular basis. Our farm store is open from June-October on Friday-Sunday afternoons. Our goal is to bring fresh local produce from our farm directly to your table.
Our produce is naturally grown using organic seeds, soil enrichments and compost. No agricultural chemicals or pesticides have been used on the land in over 20 years. We use sustainable methods and farm by our own labor, using primarily hand tools.
We offer a variety of seasonal vegetables. Our CSA members especially appreciate our specialty salad greens such as a spicy mesclun mix, arugula, a colorful lettuce mix and red head lettuce! We pick, wash and bag the salad greens fresh for each pick-up and for our farm store.
We welcome community volunteers who wish to make a commitment to our farm by helping with weeding, harvesting, and marketing our vegetables in exchange for produce.
We feature a variety of gourmet salad greens and other specialty vegetables. Our intent is to build community around the land and its bounty by offering a CSA and a farm store and building personal relationships with our customers. We provide food to local food banks through donations from CSA members. We feel grateful to be stewards of this land and to connect with our community through the food we grow.
