Our baskets are LOADED with a wide variety of fresh-picked, natural, locally grown produce. During peak production, a typical basket (or, rather, decent-sized box) includes approximately: Tomatoes - 20 varieties Peppers - 8 Squash - 4 Cucumbers & melons - 5 Lettuce and greens - 6 Herbs - 4 Root crops - 4 Peas/beans - 3 Broccoli and relatives - 3 Plus - Okra, ground cherries, eggplant, corn and a variety of novelty crops
A primary goal is your good nutrition and enjoyment of food. A secondary goal is to allow you to spend LESS than you would at the grocery store (roughly $1/lb. on average) while getting MORE nutrition, flavor and variety.

CSA customers pick up produce at a scheduled time between 4-7 p.m., once a week, Monday-Thursday according to what fits their schedule. Tuesday is the primary day at this point.
