They have also been both a social and medical fixture. The Detox Bath is based on an ancient detox technique created by Louis Kuhne, "the father of detox" in the 1880's. He used it to treat his own cancer and heal hundreds of diseases, at his establishment in Leipzig, Germany and called it the friction sitz bath.
Simply add a tea bag to your bath and allow the herbs to release their healing energies. These herbs allow for detoxification and may be taken while detoxing or anytime you need an extra boost. Tea bags are stuffed full with herbs, each tea bag should be used once. 7 tea bags per order good for 7 relaxing baths!

In addition to the herbal tea bag you may also add one cup of sea salts, two cups of baking soda and/or one cup of Epsom salts.
