Devotay is a small, fullservice restaurant specializing in tapas and other Spanish-influenced cuisine. It has a strong commitment to local and sustainable agriculture, buying all the ingredients feasible from its Devotay Local Farm Partners, a network of morte than 30 area growers and artisans. The owners, Kim & Kurt Friese, are former directors of the local Convivium of Slow Food, and Kurt serves on the Slow Food USA Board of Directors. He also is editor of the local food magazine Edible Iowa River Valley (www.EdibleIowa.com)
