Our farm is located in upstate New York in Washington county, just a stones throw from the Vermont border. The family works together to raise quality beef from angus and herford cows born and raised right here on our farm. The cows and calves are fed from the harvest off our farm. Working with Cornell universitys co-operative extension the beef are prepared for slaughter with a "natural grain" that has no hormones or animal by-products of any kind, assuring the best of quality, tenderness, and taste.
The goal for this family farm is to provide healthy, happy, hormone free beef, that is a quality product for the consumer and has the least impact on mother earth!
