Our lovely waterfront cafe on Orcas Island is committed to supporting local agriculture and serving beautiful, organic food. Whenever possible, our chef uses produce from the small gardens and farms of the Island, often serving it on the same day of harvest for the maximum impact of flavor and nutrition. There's nothing quite so fresh and lovely as bright, tender greens in a perfect vinaigrette, so voluptuous as a tomato just off the vine and still warm with summer sun. Our approach to food is simple: use the finest ingredients, prepared simply and with as little interference as possible. The menu, like the garden, changes weekly to reflect the peak of the season.
