In our efforts to create a beautiful, sustainable, organic landscape, garden and restaurant we have started a 1-acre production farm of heirloom variety tomatoes, beans, peppers and melons as well as smaller scale berry production, an organic orchard, herb and organically maintained heirloom rose garden as well. Our most recent product is a green house which will allow us to maintain a consistent production of our own vegetables throughout the winter months and maintain a great variety in the shadehouse in the summer months. Tours and possible internships are available. Inquire with the ranch manager.
