Down to Earth CSA

Our CSA of 40 shares grows a wide variety of organic vegetables, herbs, garlic, cut flowers, salad and other greens, and melons.One person from each share works at the farm every other week for 2 hours. The CSA counts on their work along with the work of our CSA Manager and 4 workshare members who each work at the farm 8 hours a week from April through November. We send out a weekly newsletter with recipes utilizing the vegetables from that week. We have a solar powered micro irrigation system in all our beds.
