We are a small restaurant in the central west end, that's trying to make a move towards being more local and green. Through local harvest, we're hoping to make some strong relationships with all the farmers and artists in our own backyard. Right now we are working with our friends at Hinkebien Hills Farms for our hormone/antibiotic free pork, JTC Enterprise for our organic produce, and Pilgrim Acres for our Free Range Chicken and Eggs, but are always looking to see who else is out there.
