On our small natural and organic farm, we grow a variety of culinary herbs. Parsley is harvested when the leaves are small, young, and bright green. After air drying, the leaves are carefully bottled in glass jars with metal lids.
We usually have the following herbs bottled and available:
Bay Leaves - whole
Greek Oregano
Coriander - coarse ground
Dill Weed
Tarragon
Rosemary
Poppy Seeds - whole seeds
Thyme - leaves and some dried flowers
Rubbed Sage
Red Pepper Flakes
Basil
Parsley
