Parsley is actually one of the more difficult herbs to dry naturally, with the leaves tending to turn yellow. I use a traditional method of drying handed down to me by my mother.
Here on Campagnola Farms, we practice old-fashioned, traditional farming methods. We fertilize the land using manure from our livestock. All of our animals are either completely free-range or at the very least have access to a large amount of pasture.
We are, quite simply, a small homestead which sells only what we produce in surplus. The only piece of modern machinery we use, is an antique 1952 Ford 8n Tractor by the name of "Bessy". We don't even have a barn, instead we use a series of small out building for our animals.
