Sap is collected in Vermont & New York from their 8,500+ taps featuring Vacuum lines, 2 reverse osmosis machines and a 6' x 14' evaporator with steam away hood. Available products include Maple Syrup, Maple Cream and Maple Sugar Candy. We welcome visitors during the sugaring season and sell our products year round.

Sugaring Season runs approximately mid February - March.
We are open year round. From the village of Salem take County Route 153 approximately 2 miles to Chambers Road. Take a Right on Chambers Road and go approximately 2 miles. We are located on the Left almost directly across from Chambers Valley Farms
