We are ready for new members for 2012! Our whole hog option tends to sell out early.
Dunlooken farm serves the Western suburbs of Minneapolis on west to the Glencoe area. Our members are those that enjoy experimenting with heritage and uncommon varieties of vegetables. We offer the "whole farm" experience with opportunities to help in the barn and garden or to just come hang out, visit or bird watch. We have 2 open houses for our members where you can meet all the animals, ride a pony, milk a goat, and have a hay ride to pick you pumpkin at the end of the season. If you prefer your tomatoes red and your carrots orange we may not be the CSA for you, but if blue potatoes, golden beets and finding veggies that aren't familiar sounds exciting then we're the place!
Our CSA members also have first choice in buying meat, honey, and eggs and get 1/2 off of riding lessons.
