We are "old-new farmers" growing 40+ varieties of garlic (both hard-neck and soft-neck garlics plus elephant garlic) to sell to our community, including the two Ark of Taste varieties (Inchelium Red and Lorz Italian) selected by Slow Food USA. We sell garlic scapes and our garlic bulbs at four local farmers' markets and to local chefs and food producers. We practice organic growing methods with a 5 year rotation for our garlic fields. In 2012 we started a very popular Garlic CSA. We also have bee hives and sell raw, chemical-free honey in glass jars when it is available.
