The Eagan Market Fest which runs June 8 - September 28, 2011 from 4 - 8 pm (closing at dusk in September) at Eagan's Central Park & Festival Grounds at 1501 Central Parkway, Eagan, MN features a farmer's market with approximately 55+ locally grown produce, locally made specialty foods and hand-created artisan items in addition to theme night, activities for all ages, music in the park concerts and free kid's art projects each week.
