Earth Harvest Farm is Certified Naturally Grown. Located between Lake Geneva and Lyons, we grow a wide array of delicious and nutritious vegetables and herbs for our CSA shareholders. We also raise pigs and chickens on pasture and organic feed. At the farm, we seek to sustainably produce nutritious food of the highest quality fresh from the garden and bursting with flavor. Using a 'beyond organic' approach, we are committed to growing naturally while respecting and nurturing the Earth. While acting as a model of sustainability, we hope to re-connect the community with the land which grows their food and to begin creating a more just food system. CSA shares are sold out for 2011. We have organically fed and pasture raised pigs and chickens available, but selling fast. Order forms are posted on our website.
Beef is sold out, although we are taking names of people interested in getting beef in the November. With enough interest, we will harvest another batch of steers.
