East Texas Homestead Farms

East Texas Homestead Farms is a historic piece of land that was the homestead of one of East Texas's first naturalists. We offer a Bed and breakfast cottage as well as a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) venture. Our CSA is in our first year and our subscriptions for vegetables are currently sold out. We do welcome you to call us as we can sometimes provide non-subscription produce as our crops allow. We always have Lean Black Hereford Hamburger available in one pound packages.

Located just outside of Mineola, most buildings at Homestead Farms are constructed with materials recovered by the former owner from turn of the century structures. The heritage continues with the renovation of "The Cottage" at Homestead Farms. T (more...)
