We operate a small farm southwest of Portland, Oregon. It was originally a hazelnut orchard, planted in the 1930s; we added sheep to the farm in 1986 and alpacas in 1993. Our sheep are primarily Romney crosses, producing medium/long wool for handspinners. We are no longer producing lambs. Our alpacas are selected for fine fleece, correct conformation, and good temperament. We sell clean unwashed wool, alpaca fleece, and alpaca yarn from our own animals as well as our national alpaca co-op. We sell by mail order - or you can visit and meet the animal who produced your fiber. See photos and more info at www.easygofarm.net/yarnalpaca We enjoy inquiries from handcrafters, prospective breeders, and folks who are just curious. Visitors are always welcome - just call or email to be sure we're home.
We offer discounts on purchases of two or more alpacas.
Open year round - please call or email to be sure we're home.
