Eaters' Guild is a diverse vegetable farm operated on land that has been certified organic for over thirty years. We are certified by Midwest Organic Services Association continuing the tradition of stewardship. We grow vegetables, flowers and small fruits for our CSA members, restaurants, farmers markets and retail stores. In 2011, we started raising organic, pasture raised chickens for our markets. Our aim is to discover what we can eat year-round from these soils and climate. We use permaculture methods and aim for a multi-storied food system. We host two interns per season hoping to pass along some of what we know of the trade. 2012 will be the year of fungus, as we are trying our hands at mushroom culture.
