Echinacea has long been touted for boosting the immune system. Once dried, the entire flower, including seed, are harvested and used in many forms, including teas and extracts. Echinacea is also known as the cone flower. Using a tea ball or bag, put one teaspoon in hot water, steep 5 to 6 minutes, add sweetener to taste. Sold loose in resealable zip-pac bags for convenience.
I also sell live herb plants locally only, please contact me for more information or see me at market, as I do not ship live plants! Most of my herbs are priced from $3 and up.
