Our fifth generation family farm is located just 60 miles south of St. Louis, Mo in the historic town of Ste. Genevieve. Established in 1851, our farming operation has always included raising cattle. At this point in time, our herd is primarily angus with some hereford and simmental influence. Our cattle graze daily on the pastures provided by utilizing the intensive grazing system. We have both corn fed and grass fed beef available.We use no growth hormones or steroids.
