Eco-Goddess is the Aspen valley's only all organic full service restaurant. Our ingredients are over 95% organic, while being locally produced when in season. Owned by sisters who are also partners, Lisa runs the restaurant, while Lynn runs the garden that produces most of their greens and veggies. Seafood is sourced directly from the boat, and all seafood options are sustainably harvested. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are available.
Also offering a full bar which is also all organic, as well as a good portion of them being locally produced.
