All of our products come from heritage breed animals that are exclusively pasture-raised in the Rockies, fed only mother's milk and forage, and are humanely slaughtered using only upright techniques as endorsed by Dr. Temple Grandin. We are committed to educate our community as to the complexities of the ethical kosher meat business, the problems we find and what we think we should do to remedy them.

EcoGlatt is proudly owned and operated by Chaplain Nalini Indorf Kaplan and Rabbi Elisheva Brenner. Rabbi Hersh Mendel (Robert) Saunders, is a highly-trained shochet and received his certification from Rabbi Zalman Schacter-Shalomi and animal handling training from Dr. Temple Grandin. Kosher supervision provided by Orthodox Rabbi Harry Zeitlin. Our products carry our EcoGlatt mark (hechsher).
