We direct market Grassfed Beef, Pastured Poultry, Free Range Eggs, Raw Honey, Farm Fresh Butter from Raw Grassfed Cows Milk, Fresh Farm made Noodles and occasionally Organically raised Vegetables off
our farm. On our meats we use no growth harmones, no
antibiotics, and no pesticides. Our cattle are rotationally grazed on pastures which have been fertilized organically. They are never in a feedlot. Our beef is also available by the quarter or half.
Our Pastured Poultry are rotated to fresh grass daily. The chickens are perodically rotated on different vegetable growing areas for natural soil improvement.
We deliver to Corpus Christi, Rockport, Alice areas and also market at Farmers Markets in the Boerne, Leon Springs and San Antonio areas.

Farmers' Market
Schedule and Location:
1. Leon Springs, Tx. on Saturdays from 8:30AM to 12Noon in the parking lot of the Leon Springs Baptist Church.
2. Boerne Farmers Market Saturdays 2:30PM to 5PM April 9th to Sept 24th at Veterans Plaza 801 S. Main Street.
3.Quarry Farmers Market at Whole Foods parking lot at the Quarry in San Antonio, Tx. Market is Sunday 8 AM to 12 Noon.
4. Corpus Christi Farmers Market on Everhart. I attend this market on the first Saturday of each month from 9 AM to 12 Noon.
