Steve and Kristine Orth have combined their talents and expertise and started growing organic produce, including fruits, vegetables, and herbs . In the small town of Blooming Grove, Texas. Located one hour south of Dallas, They have now expanded the operations to the raising of livestock, including cows,sheep,goats,pigs,chickens and geese.

Steve is a sociologist/anthropologist from Texas A&M and a certified master gardener, specializing in organic edible landscape design.

Kristine is a licensed racehorse trainer,breeder and certified Equine Chiropractor.

Eden Creek Farm practices sustainable farming methods. Including using livestock manures, crop rotation and cover crops to improve the land. (more...)
