Edible City Gardens in the heart of the city is a Hydroponic along with traditional growing farm dedicated to educating the public on how they too can create a nutritious edible garden in their own yard. The owner Michele Claiborne is a Medical Herbalist and Well Being Life Coach and while selling you her delicious roquette, lettuces or parsley will tell you how to make a scrumptious salad and the healing benefits it can bring you. The farm has Easter chickens laying blue/green eggs and the farm sells unique coops and is getting into backyard bees too! Stay for a herbal cup of tea and exotic salads, pet the horses and pick up the friendly chickens, and be inspired on the farms educational open days and farm tours. See website for events.
